Standard Service/Maintenance of Air-conditioning 

Maintenance is of utmost importance in ensuring your Air-conditioner has a long and trouble free life. Maintaining and regularly Servicing your Air-conditioning unit, will result in units that operate to their fullest capacity and have longer life spans.

A Standard Air-conditioner service normally consists of:

  • Removing and Cleaning of Indoor Filters,
  • Clean and Flush Indoor Coils,
  • Clean and Flush Outdoor Coils,Check Refrigerant Pressure and Top-up if required,
  • Test and Inspect Air-conditioning Unit in operating mode

Air-conditioner Unit Services:

2 Units or more @ R400.00 per unit

1 Unit @ R450.00 per unit

Installations:

  • If Air-conditioner Unit is not Back-to-Back and/or further than 2m from the nearest Power Point – additional costs shall be quoted on per meter (Depending on the Unit size)
  • It is suggested that Units larger than 18000 BTU are not supplied from a standard Socket Outlet. A separate Power Point needs to be installed.
  • We are proudly a division of Multiohm industrial and Domestic contractors, and therefore your Power Points are to be installed in accordance to Electrical Regulations.
